Based on the hit TV series, the “Corporate Castaways” team building program utilizes up to 9 challenges, many of which are replicas of the actual challenges as seen on the show. In our version we do not vote individuals off. Instead, these challenges are all designed to get the members of each tribe working together both physically and mentally, and to highlight individual and team strengths. They are also immense fun. There is a lot of interaction and camaraderie generated by the challenges. None of the challenges require advanced physical ability.
“Corporate Castaways” starts with an Opening Ceremony involving an introduction to the event and the presentation of each tribe. We divide the group into tribes prior to the event to allow you to select the tribes from a strategic perspective and to allow each tribe to "theme" themselves.
We may use up to 9 challenges, each having 2 tribes compete at the same time, and each utilizing a 20 minute time slot (this is flexible). Results from all the challenges are tabulated in time for the Closing Ceremony where the winning tribe is announced and awarded with the coveted Corporate Castaways ‘Barklace’.
