We are seeking qualified event planners to work on a contract basis to plan and implement events in California.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Planning, logistics and implementation
- On site event coordination
- Budgeting and expense management
- Liaison with suppliers and clients
- Support for sales and marketing team
Remuneration:
On a per event project basis.
Qualifications:
- Established event planner with background in operating special events
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Public speaking experience
- Team building experience an asset
- Computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs mandatory
